A recent article in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, was discussing the proposal of a new law allowing tiny houses within some Atlanta residential zones. This legislation would only be applied to R-5 zones. In other words, in places that allow for duplexes. The intention is that this will be the first step in granting permission for tiny houses throughout the entire city. The public hearing is coming up on this Thursday, April 13th!
