Potential Uses for Tiny Houses

Tiny houses can have a large variety of who they could house. One of these being H-2A workers. H-2A workers are immigrants that come to the United States to work as farm labor, mainly during harvest seasons. The H-2A program has requirements for houses, that tiny houses meet. Some of these requirements are 100 sqft per occupant, which would limit the amount of workers could stay in one house, one toilet and shower head for each 10 occupants, and a bed for each worker. The ability to move the houses from field to field also will reduce the time spent traveling, allowing farms to work more efficiently. These green houses could be the future for H-2A workers.
