A few weeks ago, the class was assigned to write a paper about tiny homes and problems they come in contact with. I took a different spin on the assignment and wrote about how tiny homes have been used to save the homeless in different areas of the United States. There are people that live without a home everyday across this country. However, places like New York and Washington have experimented with building tiny house villages for the homeless. Come to find out, these villages promoted a positive effect on the community and also provided affordable homes for those without one. It was so interesting to research this topic and learn how a tiny home has the potential to save someone’s life.
