Last week, Dr. Skobba was a guest speaker for another Family and Consumer Sciences class at UGA where she discussed sustainable housing as well as our tiny house class! I am a student of this class as well so I was able to add in a few comments about our home. One question she raised was why are tiny houses so popular? She thinks the fact that homeowners can build them themselves, they are more environmentally friendly and they are cheaper than most homes are all factors. What do you think?
