Yesterday, there was a huge amount of determination spreading through the group. It seems we are so close to finishing the house (after, it looks pretty livable!) but there are many important details left to complete. One of the major projects left is finishing the flooring. After hours of work and striving to make odd sizes of flooring fit cohesively, we did not get to starting the bathroom. When calculating the amount of wood we have left to work with (as pictured) we discovered  we cannot finish the whole bathroom. The linear inches needed are between 60-100 inches… little over 2 sq ft! That is not a lot of supplemental wood. Our challenge will be buying a matching wood in that quantity, without buying a whole new pack. Decisions will be made soon, and those may include a fun new texture/style for bathroom flooring!
