It is so amazing to see our tiny house grow, from insulating a metal trailer to having an actual structure so show for our work. The progress we have made is really something to be proud of and every work day brings us visibly closer to having produced an actual livable home. We can’t see our own skills and personal growth as obviously as we can the new siding we put up but I know that each and every person has learned some valuable new skills and stretched their personal boundaries in this class. I know I was terrified to be perched so high up, balancing on a board, but I learned that I can do it. No matter how intimidating some of the work is we can do it, we are building practical skills in addition to academic ones.
